Im commenting on your obvious stupidity about slavery and the bible. I could summarize this in two words: READ IT.

THe bible is a piece of shit fraud, if for no other reason than it ordains not just slavery, but the torture slaves, including sexual torture. Was the USA going to follow the God of slavery --as the South went to war to advance that GOD?
Or was the USA going to follow the other fake God?
The scum sucking Confederates, like almost all conservatives, used the bible to justify slavery, rape, torture. Men do everything to get power, prestige, and pussy, and they must justify it.
Slavery is a perfect example. You can't just go out and enslave -- you have to rationalize it, defend it, and pretend it's out of the goodness of your heart that you enslave. Lee did exactly that, insisting whites were only doing God's duty, and slavery was a hardship on WHITES -- but good for blacks.
Again, before you spout off with your crap about God's fucking intentions, READ IT.
Confederates from Robert E Lee to Jeff Davis made compelling arguments that God ordained slavery and the torture of slaves. You clearly have not bothered to read them. Yet they were spouted so often, and at such length, that at the time everyone and their brother knew them.
Davis said if slavery is wrong, it is not our wrong, it is God's wrong, because he ordained it. And he was right -- but of course there is no fucking God connected with the bible, it's pure bullshit, no more inspired or written by God than the Harry Potter books.
But men love to justify -- have to justify - slavery, and getting rich by, and using women as sex objects from, slavery.

My point is the bible does IN FACT ordain slavery, the torture of slaves -- beating to death your slave is okay, as long as they don't die the day of the beating, but live a day or two and THEN die. Female slaves owe sexual obedience to masters. All kind of horrible stuff in there.
ANd it was illegal -- ILLEGAL -- to preach against slavery in the South. Did you know that? Pastors were arrested and in some cases subjected to whippings if they preached anything other that obedience to the master.
Learn real history, both about the South, and that crap bible.
